The "Miss the Snow with Dr. Snow" Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Dr. Snow, a division of Dr. Enterprises Group Ltd.

Eligibility

To qualify, entrants must:

• Be a registered residential Dr. Snow customer for the 2026–2027 winter season.

• Have their seasonal invoice paid in full before the contest closing date.

• Follow Dr. Snow on Facebook at the time of the draw.

• Comply with all applicable terms of their seasonal service agreement.

Each eligible residential service address receives one (1) entry into the draw. Customers with multiple registered residential service addresses will receive one separate entry for each address, provided each address has its own paid seasonal service agreement.

Commercial properties, cancelled accounts, refunded accounts, complimentary services, employee accounts, and accounts with outstanding balances are not eligible unless otherwise approved in writing by Dr. Snow.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $7,000 Vacation Gift Certificate to be used toward the vacation of their choice through Dr. Snow's designated travel provider.

The Vacation Gift Certificate is:

• Valued at $7,000 CAD.

• Valid only for travel arrangements made through the designated travel provider.

• Non-transferable.

• Not redeemable for cash.

• No cash alternative or substitution will be provided, except where required by law.

Any costs exceeding the value of the Vacation Gift Certificate are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner is responsible for obtaining and paying for any required passports, visas, travel insurance, medical insurance, baggage fees, seat selection, airport parking, transportation to and from the departure airport, excursions, personal purchases, gratuities, resort fees, taxes not included in the booking, and all other incidental expenses unless specifically included in the travel package purchased using the Vacation Gift Certificate.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw following the conclusion of the 2026–2027 winter season.

The winner will be announced on January 1, 2027 on the official Dr. Snow Facebook page and will also be contacted by telephone and email using the information provided during registration.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to satisfy these contest requirements, Dr. Snow reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

The decisions of Dr. Snow regarding eligibility, winner selection, and contest administration are final.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Dr. Snow and Dr. Enterprises Group Ltd. permission to photograph, film, interview, and record them before, during, and after prize presentation.

The winner grants Dr. Snow a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their name, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, testimonials, and related content for advertising, marketing, social media, website, print, television, radio, and promotional purposes without further compensation, approval, or notice, unless prohibited by law.

The winner agrees to reasonably participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway, including photographs, video interviews, and social media content.

Contest Integrity

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with the contest, including providing false information, creating fraudulent entries, or otherwise attempting to circumvent these rules, will result in immediate disqualification at the sole discretion of Dr. Snow.

Dr. Snow reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway.

Dr. Snow is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or unsuccessful registrations or technical failures affecting contest participation.

Release of Liability

By entering this giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Dr. Snow, Dr. Enterprises Group Ltd., its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and managing customer accounts. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

General

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
