1. Service Agreement
By registering for service with Dr. Snow, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Service may be accepted by signed agreement, online registration, email, text message, verbal authorization, or payment.
2. Service Area
Service is provided only to properties accepted by Dr. Snow and located within our designated service areas. Dr. Snow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any property at its sole discretion.
3. Service Levels
Customers will receive service based on the package selected at registration.

Snowbird Package: Approximately 10 cm snowfall trigger with next-day service.
-
Basic Package: Approximately 5 cm snowfall trigger.
-
Platinum Package: Approximately 2.5 cm (1") snowfall trigger with priority routing and additional visits during larger storms when required.
Snowfall triggers are monitored using professional weather forecasting, radar, and real-time weather observations. Dr. Snow reserves the sole discretion to determine when service begins based on current and forecasted weather conditions.
4. Storm Operations
Our operators work throughout winter storms to keep routes moving as safely and efficiently as possible.
During heavy snowfall, blizzards, drifting snow, freezing rain, road closures, traffic delays, equipment breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances, service times may be extended. While same-day service is always our goal, route completion during significant storms may take up to 24 hours or longer depending on conditions.
Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
5. Route Scheduling
Customers are assigned permanent service routes before the season begins.
To maintain efficiency for all customers, individual requests for specific arrival times or route changes cannot normally be accommodated during winter operations.

8. Property Conditions
Dr. Snow provides professional snow removal services; however, bare pavement cannot be guaranteed.
Weather conditions such as freezing rain, packed snow, drifting snow, melting and refreezing may leave residual snow or ice on the driveway.
Additional services such as salting, shovelling, or ice management may be required and are only included if purchased.
9. Blocked Driveways
Customers are responsible for ensuring their driveway is accessible when our operator arrives.
If a vehicle or other obstruction prevents safe access, the visit may be skipped. A skipped visit due to a blocked driveway will be considered a completed service visit and no refund, credit, or return visit will be provided.
10. Snow Placement
Snow will be placed in locations deemed appropriate by the operator based on property layout, visibility, available storage space, and safe equipment operation.
While reasonable customer requests will be considered before the season begins, Dr. Snow cannot guarantee specific snow placement during every snowfall.
If snow storage becomes exhausted during the season, snow relocation or removal services may be available for an additional charge.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts remaining unpaid may be subject to late payment charges, service suspension, collection activity, and all reasonable costs incurred to recover outstanding balances.
13. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Where refunds are approved, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of services already provided.
